Price for whole Violet CTP sytem is up to 50% lower than equivalent thermal system because there is ONLY ONE Blue Ray violet diode - the newest generation of DVDs, instead a complicated thermal optics with over 32 diodes. Simplicity of Violet technology ensures great reliability, low price of complete system and dramaticaly turns down cost of maintenance during the exploatation. |

Speed |
Every unit can expose over 45 plates/hour in high resolution due to photochemical process instead of very slow thermal procedure. Specialized versions of Violet unitis are able to exose up to 257 press sheets/hour, unlike thermal process that uses very expensive thermal energy instead of cheap light energy. |

Quality |
This advanced Vilet technology brings maximum quality with extreme simplicity, with only two moving parts. On the other hand, thermal systems require complex plate mounting systems, massive rotating drums, cooling systems and ultra-complex electronics and optics. |

Violet sistems are using same amount of electrical power as office printers, because there is no needs for thermal treatment and unlike thermal system that uses up to 10 times more elecrical power. Violet diode working life is up to 10.000 working hours and laser is switched off between plates, ensuring a reliable and longer lifespan for about 11 years. Low cost of Violet plates |
Violet plates are cheaper than thermal plates. Violet CTP units are imaging violet plates from any maufacturer (Agfa, Fuji, Kodak, Typon...) what ensures safety in producion continuity and independence from distributer. |
